We need Sr DBA for SQL Server

We are looking for a company or professional to provide AMC services in order to maintain and manage our database (SQL). Below is the detailed scope of work.
Checking the current architecture and recommending the feasible solution.
DB Backup monitoring.
Log Shipping and Shrinking monitoring. Email Notification after Shrinking.
Indexing/Reindexing Auto and manual as and when required.
Checking Expensive Queries and make it cheaper by adding relevant indexing and by simplifying the query [Whenever required].
DB & Log file size checking [Daily]. Auto Email to notify if log size above threshold (100 GB).
DB Server Resource Monitoring and Event log checking. [Daily]
Database Replication & Monitoring. [Daily]. Using Always On and WFC.
SQL Job Monitoring. [Daily]
Configuring and Ensuring SQL Job High availability.
Monitoring long running transactions. [Daily].
Monitoring currently running queries in SQL server. [Daily].
Temp DB Monitoring.
Log Shrinking.
Should be proactively including the scope to maintain and keep the database base operating faultlessly.
