linear cutting

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to provide linear cutting services for a project I am working on. The material that requires cutting is metal, and I have precise measurements for the cuts which need to be made. The purpose of this cutting is primarily functional/structural in nature. If you have experience with linear cutting and can handle specific measurements and requests, then I would be interested in exploring the possibility of working with you.
The application must be able to be launched from the command line in t-sql (xp_cmdshell) and allow the input of an input.xml file with the debiting parameters (the existing stock and the required amount to be debited with the specified dimensions) and an output.xml file with the debiting result . Debiting must be done with minimal losses.
