help with sql database set up

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me create a new SQL Server Management Studio database for data storage. As I have no existing database, I need help creating the entire system from scratch. The developer must have a comprehensive understanding of SQL Server Management Studio, including design, implementation, and administration of user accounts and databases. My goal is to have a stable, reliable database that meets all of my storage needs. It is a simple database.
