erp not saving to database

I am looking for assistance with my custom-built ERP system. The front end is in VB.Net and the back end is MS SQL. We are currently experiencing an issue where our system is not saving to the database. We have not been able to locate any error messages or codes that may be causing the issue, so we need to find a solution.
