database with maps

I am looking for a database solution with integrated map visuals. I want the database to use a NoSQL structured scalable database, and I prefer Mapbox for my map integration. I need someone with experience developing relational databases and integrating them with maps who can help me build this project. There also needs to be functionality with comments, ratings and tieing them all together. And a way to limit reviews on users which can be discussed in more detail, plus a few small changes to basic html and css.
