change Db2 SQL code to Postgress SQL code -- 2

I have a SAS.EGP File which has SAS Project. There is Db2 SQL code written in it. I want it to be converted fully to Postgress SQL code. All the files almost 87. Each file(SQL code) has multiple CTE's in it. Just convert everything including functions.
