M-bus master protocol service

creating an service or application to poll data from M-bus master device through serial port and store it in SQL database.
please don't put offer or DM if you don't have experience in Mbus protocol.
the data will be stored as value and time stamp.
the service must work periodically.
storing in SQL will be as per our design
