Vector Database Creation in chroma dB and then RAG Implementations

I'm currently in need of a skilled database developer familiar with vector databases. Although I did not specify which type, any from SQL, NoSQL, or Graph database is acceptable as long as it can support my existing Excel database.
The specific data that will be stored in this new database was not identified, but being open to customer information, product data, or sales figures is beneficial.
Additionally, the project requires implementation of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Therefore, know-how in this area is key.
Ideal Skills Required:
- Experience in SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases

- Prior experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation implementations.
