Upload SQL Database to hosting website

I have a software database program that needs to be uploaded to my hosting website and installed on godaddy. The software uses the following: Sql Server 2014, Crystal Reports 11 and Windows Server 2016.
I need a programmer familiar with programming and install/uploading software and running through the system to ensure all is running well. I have the latest version of the software for you to access via ftp site.
