Tableau Dashboard Filtering Enhancement -- 2

I have a nearly-finished Tableau workbook connected to an Oracle/PL-SQL data source, containing a mix of operational, analytical, and strategic dashboards. The visuals themselves are solid, but the global filters refuse to stay in sync from one dashboard tab to the next. With an internal deadline later this week, I need the workbook refined, the syncing issue eliminated, and a quick polish on the overall user experience.

Key goals
• Every selected filter value must persist and apply consistently across all dashboards.
• The PL-SQL connection should remain intact and performant after any fixes or calculated-field adjustments.
• No existing charts, parameters, or actions should break during the clean-up.
