Tableau Dashboard Creation

I need a skilled professional to set up Tableau for me, primarily for creating user-friendly data dashboards for the general staff.
Key Requirements:
- Connect Tableau to our SQL databases.
- Design intuitive dashboards that can be easily navigated by non-technical users.
- Experience with Tableau is a must, prior work with SQL databases is highly preferred.
The purpose of this project is to enable our staff to visualize and interact with our data in a meaningful way. We have the data available - our data is from https://dms.cetacloud.tv/login/
