TAX PAYMENT MONITORING SYSTEM AND TAXPAYERS DATABASE(TO BE AWARDED NEXTWEEK)

I am finally awarding this next week It is all about tax. We have tax collecting consultants but want to get all the records in their database to a central database dynamically.
This platform will be either cloud-based or on-premise.
Please see attached documents for an idea of my expectation. A simple prototype will be most welcome.
