Sql server data recovery

I'm looking for an experienced database specialist who can provide support in recovering data from a SQL server. The size of the database is between 1GB - 10GB, and I need all data recovered. It's not clear at this point if I have a backup of the data, so I need someone to identify if one exists and use it as a starting point for the recovery process. Any additional workarounds or solutions that will help in the effort will be deeply appreciated.
