Sport Stats Application (Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Rugby)

I need a application with GUI that collect sport statistics from web and save the stats into local database (sql, acces, xlm, xls, etc.) with automatically update. After all data was saved in my database I want to make some interrogation an show the results in GUI. I attach below one file .xlsx with data and formulas exactly what I need.
