Snowflake dyn SQL bindVar 256k limit fix

I have SQL code that attempts dynamic SQL but it fails on error of 256 k limit. It also has INSERT INTO SELECT to set a current row; it then loops through current row; needs to set variables; builds dynamic sql; breaks loop when we have no more current row. I need this within a couple of hours, so i need an EXPERT. If you are certain that you are the Expert and can do this in a couple of hours, I'll pay you upon delivery. I do not have time to waste and I will not pay if you do not deliver the code. Hoping for that special someone who can kick snowflake butt. thank you super much for helping!
