Snowflake View Creation

I'm seeking a SQL and snowflake expert. I have a small table in snowflake, for which I need a view to be created. The view will have some failed from the table and then some calculated fields based on the original table. 
Needs to be done asap. Will share the table data and columns of the table in and excel sheet and the desired results as well for your reference.
