I have an organization that has to optimize its red cases. We do this by comparing red case volumes based on Team and Concept (Match) against different cities and different vendors.
There are 4 vendors that my company deal with (Company A,B,C,D)
Number of vendors: How many vendors sell cases for Team/Concept specific
Number of Cities: How many cities sell cases for Team/Concept specific
Bulk: The total 2024 average of Red % for Team/Concept specific
Opportunity: Amount of Red cases that are still available based against Bulk
