Small Accounting System -- 2

I currently use a small Invoice and Quoting system called FusionInvoice https://www.fusioninvoice.com/

I am now needing extra features that my current billing system doesn't do. I still want it to do Invoicing and Quoting but I would also like it to do Purchase Orders and also be able to hold details of Products if it had a Serial Number and Warranty.

Then I receipt in the goods once I get the parts and then enter in the Serial Number for the product that then gets linked to the Clients Invoice

Then I can easily lookup a serial number and it will show me Invoice Number, Date Purchased and Suppliers Invoice. Would also like to upload Suppliers Invoice to the System.

And would like the Invoice to show the Serial Number of the Product if that product had a Serial Number.

Would like to show Barcode on Invoices and also when receipting in goods I can scan barcode of product and Serial Number into the system.

Invoices, Quotes and Purchase Orders need to be PDF Generated and also be able to download and also email directly from system.

I have got Templates on how I want the Invoice, Quotes and Purchase Order Templates designed.

asp.net and MS SQL Would be preferred but php / mysql could be considered
