Senior MS SQL Developer & ETL Expert (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

Continuous analysis of customer ETL processes and MS SQL Queries to identify improvement opportunities
Refactoring of existing queries and DWH data models to improve logic and performance
Development of an in-depth view of customer landscape and suggesting further topics to optimize the infrastructure, query, architecture, reporting, maintenance and change management processes of the customer’s ODS and DWH landscape
As an expert you would develop better ETL processes for the customer to cater to new requirements
Adequate knowledge of SSIS and SSAS development and analysis skills

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

SQL Server performance optimization
T-SQL Query optimization skills
Analysis of execution plans, statistics, indexes
ETL processes development/optimization
Fluent English skills

Nice-to-have:

DWH data modeling knowledge
Experience with SSIS development/analysis
SSAS skills (multidimensional), cube development/analysis (MDX)
Working knowledge of the Azure Platform is a big plus
Open to work in US time zone
