Senior .NET Desktop Maintenance Expert

I’m looking for a seasoned C#/.NET developer who can step straight into our established desktop product and keep it running at its best. The application is mature, widely used throughout the Americas, and needs continuous refinements—bug fixes, performance tuning, small-to-medium feature additions, and the occasional framework upgrade.

You’ll be collaborating remotely with our distributed team (all based in Latin America and Canada). Clear, proactive English communication is a must because we rely on daily stand-ups, code reviews, and well-written pull-request notes to stay aligned.

Our stack is classic .NET Framework, WinForms mixed with WPF components, Entity Framework, and a SQL Server back end. We manage work in Azure DevOps; familiarity with pipelines and gated check-ins will help you ramp up quickly.

Deliverables I expect on each sprint:
• Merged, unit-tested code that meets the ticket’s acceptance criteria
• Updated documentation or inline XML comments when code paths change
• A concise release note summarising what shipped and any migration steps
