Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mendix Developer with expertise in Mendix, Core
Java, and SQL to join our team. The candidate will lead the design, development, and
deployment of scalable Mendix applications while ensuring seamless integration with
enterprise systems. The role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving ability,
and the capability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead the design, architecture, and development of Mendix applications aligned with
business needs.
 Build and optimize domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and intuitive user
interfaces.
 Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, web services,
and databases.
 Leverage Core Java for custom logic and advanced application requirements.
 Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
 Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver
high-quality solutions.
 Ensure adherence to Mendix best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
 Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior Mendix developers.
 Support post-deployment troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 6–8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Mendix development.
 Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro, workflows, domain modeling, microflows,
and nanoflows.
 Hands-on expertise in Core Java for custom development within Mendix.
 Strong SQL knowledge and experience in working with relational databases.
 Proven experience in REST/SOAP API integration.
 Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
 Mendix Advanced Developer certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills
 Experience in creating custom Java/JavaScript widgets.
 Familiarity with cloud platforms (Mendix Cloud, AWS, Azure).
 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
 Exposure to enterprise-scale application development and performance optimization.
