Seasoned Avaloq Consultant Needed

Job Title: Avaloq Consultant (Banking)
Contract Type: Project-Based Consultant

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Consultant tosupport a banking client. The role involves hands-on Avaloq configuration and project delivery, working closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of core banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end consulting support for Avaloq implementation and enhancement projects

Configure, customize, and maintain Avaloq modules based on business and regulatory requirements

Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver project milestones

Support system integration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization

Investigate and resolve Avaloq-related production and project issues

Prepare functional and technical documentation required for audits and handover

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related course

At least 3–5 years experience working with Avaloq in a banking or financial services environment

Strong understanding of core banking processes (accounts, payments, securities, wealth management)

Experience in Avaloq configuration, parameterization, and/or scripting

Working knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments

Good communication skills and ability to work with local and offshore teams
