Sankey or chord graph to represents a Database

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a Sankey or chord graph that will effectively represent a relational link of a database
The database I currently have is already in an SQL format, and I need to have it represented in a visual way, through a Sankey / chord graph. (attached postgre create.sql files and constraint.sql) who allows me to create the attached traditional schema
Now, for this job we want to create a sankey graph (Python in Jupyter notebook code using plotly library or bokeh or pySankey or similar ) to have all the tables, all the fields on tables and the primary and foreigns keys represented on the chart.
