SSRS subscription problem

We have an SSRS project with a data driven subscription that has worked well for a long time. The project sends multiple reports to a windows shared drive. The subscription should send out a different named report, but now the reports are the same name and keeps overwriting the report name.

I would have the project send out multiple report names again.
