SSRS Report Help

Hi, I am learning SSRS and have to build a report where the report/text box labels are coming from
a database and have to be dynamically generated. I'm not sure how to do this. I don't need you to build the report
I just need you to tell me how to do it. See attached screen shots. The text box labels would come from one database and there is enough info in the database to generate the sql to get the actual data from the appropriate table
