SSRS Report Builder (MSSQL) - action plan

Hi I need some help creating a report using SSRS Report Builder (MSSQL). You will need to remote into my computer to complete the project using Anydesk.
I require one chart being added to show percentages based on a table already in the report. Screenshot shows the current report already made and the area I would like a doughnut chart added to show the percentages of Action Plan status.
This should be no more than an hours work for the correct person.
