SSRS Custom report with advanced SQL Filtering

We have a 400 table database and we need to modify that is generated currently where some invoices are emailed and some are send via normal USPS Mail to generate all in one stack. There are about 60 employers and 3000 line items. Then on this stack we need to filter out any items that are not tied to a specific bank account which is identified by the chart of accounts. Please provide an hour and amount estimate. This report has to generate in PDF and be provided
