1) For each unique source and destination currency combination - find out median for i) Payment value in GBP ii) customer age iii) payment time to complete*
2) For top 10 unique source and destination currency (by count) - plot the customer age distribution, payment value distribution and payment time to complete*
* DEFINED as (payment completion time minus payment creation time)
