SQL/Tableau Data Analysis

This project aims to develop a visual representation of Jira incident tickets using Tableau. The principal focus is on calculating percentages and presenting them visually. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tableau, have experience handling and interpreting data, especially with Jira Incident Tickets.

- Create calculations to determine percentage
- Generate a visually appealing and easy-to-understand bar chart visualization of the data
- Ensure the produced chart accurately represents the relevant information from the data

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Tableau is a must
- Prior experience in handling and analyzing Jira Incident Tickets
- A good understanding of data visualization principles is appreciated
