SQL Server Performance Tuning

We are looking for a SQL DBA services for one of our ongoing project. Below is the scope of work please go through it and let us know as soon as possible.

Partitioning of tables based on client and time range
· To be tested in a development environment

Database design and performance tuning
Identifying logical/physical file structure, allocation of resources, SQL server and database level settings
Performance tuning of resource intensive queries.
Providing documentation
Hardware recommendation
