MS SQL Server Migration

We are working on another infrastructure revamp opportunity , for which existing SQL servers to be migrated and upgraded, to the new servers (we are providing virtual servers solution). Key Duties:

- Migration from old Microsoft SQL Server platform to new one
- Ensuring integrity of all data is preserved during the migration
- Debugging and solving any issues that may arise during the process
- Implementing a strategy for smooth transition and minimal downtime

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Significant SQL development experience
- Proven track record with database migrations, specifically Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of maintaining data integrity during migration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication, able to give regular updates and discuss any potential challenges and their solutions
