SQL Server Logins and job Syncronization to Secondary

I'm looking for a SQL Server job or script that can synchronize both SQL Server and Windows logins and jobs to a secondary server in an Always On setup. The synchronization needs to happen hourly, and the primary purpose of this task is to ensure that all logins are consistent across both servers. Please note that this project does not involve data synchronization, security management, or backup and recovery tasks.

Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:
- Extensive knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with Always On availability groups
- Proficiency in writing SQL scripts
- Familiarity with both SQL Server and Windows logins
- Ability to set up daily synchronization jobs
