SQL Server DBA

I'm looking for a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to help manage and maintain our current version of SQL Server 2019. We need assistance with index tuning and query optimization, and require regular database backups. Our ideal candidate should have experience with the latest version of SQL Server, and should be comfortable with taking ownership of these tasks.
