SQL Scripts Needed From Database

I created a database awhile back in MS SQL; a few years later, I created a MySQL database and then yesterday decided to go back to MS SQL for scalability and performance. I don't have any scripts to create the database from scratch. There is probably a tool out there somewhere that can create the schemas, primary key, indexes, relationships, etc. I want somebody to use that tool and create the scripts I would need to recreate my database. I will personally run your script against a newer version of MS SQL Server to make sure that the script works. Right now I think I am on MS SQL Server 2014 but I just purchased version 2017 enterprise, which I am still waiting on in the mail. I must be 100% satisfied with the result.
