SQL Query solution

Good evening I need someone with experience in Microsoft SQL, I have a query that adds some rows of a table into a query. But when adding my code it ads a total of 8,893 rows when it’s supposed to be 10,987 rows. We will have to connect through teamviewer so you have access to the database since it doesn’t allow me to share any databases or tables due to privacy reasons.
