SQL Query for Data Extrapolation need this in 30 min

I need an experienced SQL developer who can write a query based on a combination of tables. I would like the query to extrapolate quarterly data from the combined results of the tables based on near yearly values.
there are 2 tables - table 1 is at granula level and at quarterly
table 2 - is yearly
based on the yearly number in table 2 ,
we need the new quarterly split by different combination across table 1
