Problem Summary: PL/SQL logic to block access to a DB
Problem Description: PL/SQL logic to block multiple laptop (hostname) access to a DB

Need:
1. I have a code which uses, a PL/SQL logic to block multiple laptop (hostname) users (4 particular laptop) from access the production db
2. Also I would like to get a better error than what I am getting when testing


Listed laptop I will like to block:

--->NIDA02074872-LT
--->NIDA02074261-LT
--->NIDA02074811-LT
--->NIDA02074934-LT


NOTE: I tested the code for JUST one laptop as you can see inside the code [Test user/schema: Laptop Name is-->NIDA01768992-LT (TEST subject)]
Please ping me when U get this. I have a PL/SQL code that is giving me such a headache, I will like someone who is very knowledgeable to take a look at it for a small fee if possible.
