SQL 2008-12 Install / DB File Integration & Program Functionality Restored

I need assistance with installing and configuring SQL 2008-12, and integrating a database file into the system. Additionally, I need assistance with restoring functionality to the associated program. I have determined that I need the install configured and database integration, as well as restoring the program's functionality.

For some reason the programs on my computer will not open, seems the programs directory was deleted or corrupted. I have re-installed other programs and the functionality is fine... I have the latest MDF file.

PLEASE HELP!!! :)
