MS SQL IIS GUI

Looking for experience with historical MS SQL databases and GUI front ends. I currently have a Daily Health Check SQL script that I am wanting to make into a Historical Database to keep track of trends, issues, exc. and graph this into a GUI front end to make it easy for a Help Desk person to read and monitor. We may also want to add to this some alerting, drive size monitoring and some other scripts which I already have that can be added.
