SQL Expert Needed to Update Database based on certain scenarios - need in 30 min -- 2

I'm looking for an SQL expert who can help me with a specific task.
- You will need to update a certain column in a database table based on a particular combination.
- For that specific combination, the column should be updated as "Y", and for all other combinations, the column should be updated as "N".
scenarios are mentioned in the scenario tab
Currently we have N , when for one of the combinations when i enter or Update as Y - for the rest of the combinations i need to get N in that column
