SAP B1 - Create B1UP dashboards & crystal reports

We implemented SAP B1 SQL 9.3 1+ in Sep 2019. Now, with users more familiar with daily tasks now, we hope to do 2 things:
1. create or amend ongoing queries and crystal reports
2. create or amend dashboards in B1 Userbility Package
