Resolve SQL Stored Procedure Issue

I'm in need of a an stored procedure expert in SQL expert who can dissect and troubleshoot a stored procedure issue within my database. Specifically, it's not fetching the correct number of products and I require assistance to fix this.
Total available products for 4 different areas are 14 for each area with exactly the same areas for each product only with different product values. Nothin else is different except for one filtering parameter..
1. Area 1 gives 12 products only
2. Area 2 gives 13 products only
3. Area 3 gives 13 products only
4. Area 4 gives 13 products only
The input parameters are exactly the same for all areas except for one parameter.
