Real-time Voice Call Notetaking & Tagging

I'm looking for a developer to create a stack or module that can generate notes and tags from live voice calls. The project involves automatic transcription of the calls and saving the generated content into an SQL-based database.
Key Requirements:
- Development of a system that can create notes and tags from live voice calls.
- Incorporation of automatic transcription of the calls.
- Storing of the generated content in a SQL-based database (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL-based databases.
- Previous experience in developing voice recognition and transcription systems.
- Skills in creating systems for live data processing.
- Understanding of note and tag generation from audio content.
Please note, I do not require manual transcription, nor will the notes and tags be stored in local or cloud storage. All content must be stored in a SQL-based database.
