Freelance Coach Needed: Python, R, SQL & Zapier (Real Estate Focus)

I am looking for an experienced developer who can act as a coach and mentor, guiding me step-by-step as I learn how to use Python, SQL, R, and Zapier for real estate-focused school projects.

This is not just a one-time task — I am looking for someone who can:

Teach concepts clearly (beginner-friendly, but practical)
Help me complete assignments and projects in real time
Explain how these tools apply to real estate analysis, automation, and data workflows
Provide structured guidance and best practices

What I Need Help With:
Automating workflows (Zapier)
Basic to intermediate data analysis (Python, R)
Writing and understanding SQL queries
Applying these tools to real estate use cases (lead generation, deal analysis, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in Python, SQL, R, and/or Zapier
Experience teaching or mentoring (very important)
Ability to explain concepts simply and clearly

Bonus: Experience in real estate, finance, or data analysis

Engagement:
Ongoing support (hourly or per session)
Flexible schedule
Prefer someone who can guide via screen share / live sessions
