Production Time capture
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We want to capture the time an operator spends on particular processes, forming part of a more significant manufacturing job. Each job is set up on our production system and defined by a job number such as OX0200138. That job may have up to 20 subprocesses (estimated), and each subprocess may have multiple operators working on them. We would want to capture the total time and cost spent on each job, each subprocess and each operator.
We need to upload or pass the job number from our existing SQL database, the subprocesses need to be definable, and employees need to be set up with hourly rates and working hours. Finally, each employee needs to be able to log onto the system and select a job, subprocess, and start and end times.
Management needs to access the information stored for analysis - possibly in real-time, which would be helpful for the allocation of personnel.
Input can either be by Windows computers, android tablets or other cost-effective methods.
