Power BI Plugin for Column Detection and Query Optimization

I'm seeking a developer to create a Power BI plugin that can:
- Detect all unused columns across all tables in a selected report from a list of open reports.
- Provide an optimized M query focusing on enhancing query performance.
- Generate an optimized SQL query for SQL databases that includes only necessary columns, filtered rows, and indexed joins.
- Create an optimized version of the DAX code for all measures in the selected report.
I will share some progress I've made on this plugin after awarding the project.
The plugin needs to support both Excel files and SQL databases. Ideal candidates should be proficient in Power BI, M language, SQL, and DAX. Prior experience in developing Power BI plugins will be an added advantage.
