C# Power BI Optimization Plugin

I'm looking for a C# developer to create a Power BI optimization plugin. The plugin should do the following:

- Detect all open Power BI files
- Identify tables and measures within those files
- Create optimized DAX code for the selected measure
- Generate optimized SQL queries for tables sourced from SQL databases
- Develop optimized M queries for Excel files and other file types

The plugin should support SQL databases, Excel files, and CSV files for optimization. It should also be able to remove all unused columns in the selected table.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with C# development
- Deep understanding of Power BI
- Proficient in DAX, SQL, and M query languages
- Experience working with various file types including SQL databases, Excel and CSV files

This project has to be done without using AI in it, or any other paid services. I want to pay a one time fee.
