Power BI Mastery: Install, Learn, Conquer

Being established on the Microsoft Office 365 platform, I'm seeking a well-informed Power BI expert to join us. The intent is for you to engage in not only the installation but also a comprehensive training program for our team. Currently, we're not significantly versed with Power BI, and this training needs to elevate us from beginners to efficient Power BI users.
We are a mid-sized not-profit that administer a proprietary grant participant tracking and funder reporting database. We also have multiple third-party organizations that license to use our database and we maintain their data. Our database is SQL Server and our reports database is currently using the SQL Reporting structure. We are looking to update our reports database and integrate it with Power BI for more flexibility with data visualization and publishing. We hope to set it up so our internal data analysts can build and publish reports for licensees, but also so our third-party licensees can build and publish their own reports.
The tutoring must cover the following Power BI areas:
• Getting started with Power BI and our use case
• Infrastructure and setup knowledge for our Database Administrator and two other programmers
• Data modeling
• SQL Server Database Integration
• Training entire team (7 staff) to build and publish reports
• Visualizations and Reporting
• Dashboard Creation
• Organizing internal and external user access
The ideal freelancer should have a solid background in Power BI and training skills. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 & SQL Server is a huge plus. Our goal is to master and apply Power BI in our data management and decision-making processes. Considering this, we look forward to bids from interested professionals confident in delivering these requirements.
