In-Person Tech Onboarding Trainers
Budget: ₹1,000 – ₹5,500 INR
I’m assembling a small bench of senior-level trainers who can step into our office and bring brand-new engineers up to speed on day one. The focus is hands-on, in-person instruction that covers Software Development, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SDET practices, and core Data Structures & Algorithms.
Here’s what I need from each SME:
• A concise, session-by-session curriculum tailored to entry-level hires
• Slide decks, code labs, and datasets ready for use on our internal laptops (Python, Java, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow/Keras, Selenium or comparable tooling where relevant)
• Live delivery at our site, blending theory with pair-programming and whiteboard problem-solving
• Short formative assessments after each module and a final capstone exercise we can add to the hire’s portfolio
• A brief hand-off document so internal team leads can continue reinforcing the material after you leave
Success for me is simple: every new hire should finish your track able to check code into a Git repository, write a basic data pipeline, explain algorithmic trade-offs, and follow automated test workflows without supervision.
