Permanent Read of CSV Log and write to MS-SQL

I'm looking for a freelancer to assist with a project in which I need a permanent read process for a CSV log and writing to an MS-SQL database. I require the process to be done permanently, meaning the log will need to be read continuously and any metrics stored to the MS-SQL database. The type of data I will need written to MS-SQL is metric data, such as measuring individual performance. I would need to be able to track the performance of data over time in order to make sound decisions. If you feel confident with this project please contact me. Thank you.
